  • Your vehicle registration number (required for Marloth Park entry and security).

  • Payment information for billing purposes.

We only use your information for legal and practical reasons related to your stay:

  • Booking administration: Managing your check-in, stay, and check-out.

  • Safety and security: Protecting you and the property during your time in Marloth Park.

  • Guest experiences: Setting up extra activities or meals that you explicitly request.

Who We Share Your Information With

To make your stay safe and enjoyable, we partner with trusted local service providers. We only share your information with the following parties under strict conditions:

  • Field Security: We share your name and vehicle details for safety monitoring, property access, and key collection.

  • Africa Kruger Safari (Optional): If you choose to book safari game drives, we will share your contact and booking details with them to arrange your tour.

  • Lee's Catering (Optional): If you choose to book a private chef catering experience, we will share your contact details and dietary preferences with them.

How We Protect and Store Your Data

We take data security very seriously. Your information is stored securely in digital systems with password protection or locked physical files. We only keep your information for as long as required by South African law (such as tax and consumer laws), after which it is safely destroyed.

Your Privacy Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to see what information we hold about you, fix any incorrect or outdated details, or object to us using your data.
